2. Ordering & Payments

  • You do not need to create an account to place an order; however, registering an account allows for a smoother shopping experience, order tracking, and access to special promotions.
  • We accept various payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and UPI.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • If your payment is deducted but you haven’t received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please email us at support@fragment.luxury with your transaction details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with details from our delivery partner.
  • Delivery charges may apply based on your location and order value. Any additional shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
  • We currently ship only within India. International shipping services are not available at this time.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or lost packages once they are dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing an order.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange policies are designed to be hassle-free and convenient.

Returns Policy

  • We offer a No-Questions-Asked Return Policy, meaning you can return a product without providing a reason.
  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns will be picked up within 1-2 business days of request approval.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you can request an exchange within the return window of 7 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery charges for exchanges will apply and must be paid by the customer.

Post Return-Window Requests

  • If the return window has closed, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, you may contact us for special considerations.

  • We provide a limited warranty covering rust and manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty claims must be supported by photographic evidence and proof of purchase.
  • False return claims will not be accepted.

Jewelry Care Instructions

  • Our jewelry requires minimal care (just avoid misplacing it)!
  • If you happen to lose your jewelry and we find it, we’ll send it back to you. (Just kidding, but we do wish you never lose it!)

6. Product Information & Sizing

  • Every product page includes detailed dimensions and sizing instructions to help you choose the right fit.
  • We take special care to ensure that the product images displayed on our website accurately represent the actual jewelry.
  • However, due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions, slight variations in color may occur.

7. Store & International Shipping

  • We are currently an online-only brand with no physical retail stores.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this moment but plan to expand our services in the future.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website service as maintenance and external factors may affect accessibility.
